These Terms of Use govern your use of gaijinguitarsltd.top. By using the website you agree to them.
1. About us
GAIJIN GUITARS LTD

Reg. No. 16287287 · LTD registered in United Kingdom (March 3, 2025)

2. The website
The website gives general information about Gaijin Guitars: the sale of used and vintage electric guitars from Japan and our sourcing service for rare Japanese guitars. It is not an offer to sell any specific instrument. Availability, condition, price and delivery are confirmed with you directly for each guitar.
3. Used and vintage instruments
Used and vintage guitars show signs of age and previous use. We describe the condition of each instrument as accurately as we can and are happy to answer questions before you buy.
4. Sourcing requests
A sourcing request is not an order. We cannot guarantee that a particular guitar can be found. Any purchase is agreed separately, with the details confirmed in writing before you commit.
5. Your statutory rights
If you buy from us as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and, for distance sales, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
6. Trademarks
Yamaha, Greco, Aria Pro II, Grassroots and other brand names mentioned on this website are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used only to describe the instruments we sell. Gaijin Guitars is not affiliated with or endorsed by these manufacturers.
7. Contact form
The enquiry form is for display only and does not send messages. Please contact us by email.
8. Intellectual property
The text, design and graphics of this website belong to GAIJIN GUITARS LTD and may not be used commercially without our prior written permission.
9. Liability
We take care to keep the website accurate, but it is provided “as is”. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the laws of England and Wales.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you may have as a consumer to bring proceedings in Scotland or Northern Ireland.
11. Changes
We may change these terms at any time. The version published on this page applies.
